Pumpernickel Croutons

1 loaf pumpernickle bread cut into small cubes 2 sticks butter 4 tablespoon garlic 3 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional Pre heat oven to 250. Divide bread cubes and put in 2 9X13 pans. In small saucepan, melt butter . Add garlic and parmesan . Pour butter mix over bread cubes and bake for one hour tossing every 15 minutes to evenly coat. Store in an airtight container.
