"The List" 2014

Below is my “list” for 2014. What’s the list? Well it’s my combination of New Year’s Resolutions and A Bucket List. I have changed it a little bit this year. Last year had too many things I needed someone’s help to complete (I wasn’t going on a cruise alone!)They teach us in RE classes that when setting goals they should be measurable and attainable. I could make the usual resolutions (lose weight, save money etc ) but who doesn’t want those things. I could go for the high stakes- create world peace, fall in love! I want those things but they are both in God’s hands and out of my control. This list has more attainable goals of things I want to do but haven’t got around to until this year. There are a few things I didn’t get done in 2013 that I have moved to 2014. It contains projects I plan to do as well as business and personal goals. I started the list as a project for my 40th birthday and have continued it since. I started the doing of “REAL” things several years ago after a friends health scare made me reevaluate my own life. We’ve all seen the movie and know the premise of a bucket list. I believe that you shouldn’t wait to do the things you want. If you decide to start living only when you know you are dying, you are wasting not only the time you have left but also the time you have been given …..So follow me as I complete the list and write about it. 1.
